Ben Yonas
Founder
Ben Yonas is a Grammy and Latin Grammy-nominated music producer, engineer, and artist manager with over twenty years of experience. He has worked with a diverse range of artists, including Mos Def, Estelle, TV On The Radio, and Grammy-winning Rizo. As the founder of Yonas Media, his production company supports artists with original approaches to music. Previously, Ben was an Assistant Professor of Music at the University of Memphis, where he also operated The Stove studio, home to several award-winning albums. He co-created the music documentary Ameri'kana, which aired on PBS and received an NEA grant for further episodes. Ben holds degrees in economics, jazz piano, and an MBA.
Richard Dunn
Founder
Richard Dunn is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment sectors. He co-founded Groovement Inc., an artist management and event production company, and played a key role in launching the career of Grammy-winning vocalist India Arie. Richard went on to co-found Brash Music, an indie label with a notable roster, and later revitalized historic Underground Atlanta with venues like Sugarhill and Club Motion. He also expanded into live concert promotion with The Muddy Water Group and co-founded the popular Atlanta restaurant Tom Dick and Hank. Today, Richard serves as the COO of The Atlanta Voice Newspaper and holds leadership roles in several organizations, including the Pinky Cole Foundation and RYSE Creative Village. His diverse career also includes serving as Film/TV & Brand Sync A&R for United Masters and partnering in several business ventures.
Al Thrash
Founder
Al Thrash has built a dynamic career in the music industry, working in marketing, distribution, and artist consulting. He began his career at BMG Distribution, working with major artists like Outkast, Britney Spears, and Usher, before launching his own consulting company, Own Music LLC, which secured brand endorsements for artists with companies like Coca-Cola and Adidas. Currently a Project Manager at Thirty Tigers, Al has worked with world-class artists such as Carlos Santana and Lupe Fiasco. In addition to his work in the industry, he has taught music business courses at Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Agnes Scott College. Al is also a Program Coordinator and Professor of Practice at Georgia State University, where he launched MTM Standard, the school’s first student-led record label and sync licensing company.

As a composer with years of experience working as a sync coordinator, Chris has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of music licensing and synchronization. With a strong track record of coordinating sync placements and handling the administrative side of music publishing, Chris is committed to helping artists navigate the complexities of the music industry while maximizing the value of their work.
